Fort Spunky
On-Site Natural Gas Power Plant with Integrated Battery Energy Storage and Electrical Distribution
SITE OVERVIEW
Dallas, Texas remains a leading data center market due to its business-friendly policies and lack of state and local sales taxes. The Pacifico site, strategically located in Hood County, is as close to city center as can reasonably be achieved in a NAAQS attainment area. The site also offers abundant access to natural gas, water and fiber connectivity.
POWER
Co-located power plants have traditionally supported large industrial users in prime power, supplemental, and backup applications. Challenging grid conditions, modern technologies, and increased data center growth all now combine to open the door to on-site generation for data centers.

UNINTERRUPED DESIGN
Power availability starts at the source, which is why Pacifico Energy starts with
the right site, then adds the right design.
All siting includes dual, redundant gas supply lines – each able to cover 100% of the load
N+2 units installed, in addition to BESS support
Electrical distribution accounts for any outage of any generating unit
3rd party report confirming 99.99X% availability for power delivery
