Asset Operations
We closely monitor real-time system performance, manage the onsite operation and management service provider, manage supplier warranties, and schedule regular maintenance work. Sophisticated SCADA systems monitor and report detailed operational data on a minute-by-minute basis.
Data Analytics
Through SCADA systems employed at the project site, we obtain large amounts of data related to operations and technical system performance. Together with external owners, engineers, and leading software analytics companies, we evaluate the data to provide in-depth analysis on what is happening with the power plant and why.
Administration & Compliance
We make sure all legal obligations are fulfilled, taking a proactive approach to ensure all necessary paperwork is filed and that the power plant is operating in full compliance with all regulatory and governmental requirements.
Financial Services
We verify that loans are being serviced and oversee all accounting / tax services including tax preparation, budgeting, invoicing, payroll, and project cash management.
Investor & Lender Relations
We pride ourselves on being extremely transparent with investors and lenders to make sure that all critical information is communicated timely and completely. This includes at a minimum quarterly and annual reports but also ad hoc reporting as any issues arise. Two-way communication is key and we strive to fully understand and address any concerns or questions investors have.
